- The Mary Tyler Moore Show: Season 2, episode 7, "Didn't You Used to Be... Wait... Don't Tell Me" (1971). Mary's high school is celebrating its 50th anniversary with a reunion of all its graduating classes, and Mary calls out sick from work to attend. Rhoda decides to go with her, even though she didn't go to Mary's high school, because she thinks it'll be a great place to meet men.
- The Bob Newhart Show: Season 6, episode 17, "Emily Carlin, Emily Carlin" (1978). Emily agrees to attend Mr. Carlin's high school reunion and pretend to be his wife so he can look good in front of his old classmates.
- Taxi: Season 1, episode 7, "High School Reunion" (1978). Louie doesn't want to attend his high school reunion and face his old classmates who used to pick on him, so Bobby comes up with the idea to attend the reunion in Louie's place and pretend to be him to impress everyone.
- Mork & Mindy: Season 4, episode 7, "Long Before We Met" (1981). Mindy attends her high school reunion and catches up with her old boyfriend, which makes Mork jealous.
- WKRP in Cincinnati: Season 4, episode 11, "You Can't Go Out of Town Again" (1982). Mr. Carlson and Carmen attend their college reunion, and Mr. Carlson learns that the story of how they met was not what he thought.
- It's a Living: Season 4, episode 3, "The Reunion Show" (1986). Jan is organizing her high school reunion, which is being held at the restaurant, and her former boyfriend tells her he's still in love with her.
- Mr. Belvedere: Season 3, episode 8, "The Reunion" (1986). George is going to his class reunion, but Marsha can't make it because she's going to a law symposium, so he takes Mr. Belvedere with him.
- Newhart: Season 6, episode 4, "Me and My Gayle" (1987). George goes to his 40th high school reunion and decides to finally confess his not-so-secret crush on one of his classmates.
- The Golden Girls: Season 4, episode 19, "Till Death Do We Volley" (1989). Dorothy holds her high school reunion at Blanche's house for some reason, and her prank war with her high school best friend makes things awkward.
- Dream On: Season 5, episode 6, "The Homecoming Queen" (1994). Martin and Eddie attend their high school reunion in White Plains.
- Wings: Season 6, episode 16, "Remembrance of Flings Past: Part 1" (1995). Joe, Brian, Helen, and Lowell go to their combined high school reunion and Antonio tags along because he's "a lonely, lonely man."
- 3rd Rock from the Sun: Season 2, episode 21, "Sensitive Dick" (1997). Vicki's back in town for her high school reunion. Harry comes along as her date and makes up outrageous stories to impress her former classmates.
- The Nanny: Season 5, episode 18, "The Reunion Show" (1998). Newly-engaged Fran is shook when she attends her high school reunion and discovers that all of her friends are divorced.
- Just Shoot Me!: Season 5, episode 5, "Choosing to be Super" (2000). Maya meets up with her high school best friend ahead of their reunion. Just before the big event, he confesses to her that he spread a rumor about her that made everyone in the school hate her because he was in love with her. When she turns him down, he goes on stage at the reunion and tells everyone she's now a prostitute.
- Peep Show: Season 4, episode 4, "Handyman" (2007). Mark is invited to his high school reunion. He's dreading seeing all of his old bullies again, but he's still obsessed with Sally, his high school crush, so even though he's engaged to Sophie, he decides to go, and of course, Jeremy tags along.
- The IT Crowd: Season 3, episode 5, "Friendface" (2008). After meeting up with an old friend she found on "Friendface," Jen gets talked into attending a school reunion, and she brings Moss along to pretend to be her husband.
- Party Down: Season 1, episode 9, "James Rolf High School Twentieth Reunion" (2009). The gang caters Ron's 20th high school reunion, and Ron begs his staff to pretend he's a good boss and they respect him to impress his former classmates and show them that he's not the drunk he used to be, but things don't go the way he planned, and he ends up drunk in a puddle of his own vomit by the dumpsters.
- It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia: Season 7, episodes 12-13, "The High School Reunion" (2011). The gang attends their high school reunion. Frank tries to join them, but he's stopped at the door for obvious reasons, so he takes a nickname that says "Nikki," and they each find ways to embarrass themselves.
