- The Odd Couple: Season 3, episode 20, "Let's Make a Deal" (1973). After Oscar accidentally burns Felix's bed, Oscar talks to his friend, Monty Hall, to try to get him and Felix on Let's Make a Deal so they can win enough money to replace it, but Monty says he's not allowed to have his friends on the show, so Oscar and Felix sneak into the audience in a horse costume.
- Sanford and Son: Season 4, episode 18, "The Masquerade Party" (1975). Fred, Bubba, and Grady attend a Let's Make a Deal type game show called "Wheel and Deal" in an attempt to win a birthday present for Lamont.
- The Young Ones: Season 2, episode 1, "Bambi" (1984). The gang appears on University Challenge representing their school, Scumbag College, and they end up destroying the set along with some of the other contestants.
- Sledge Hammer!: Season 1, episode 11, "To Live and Die on TV" (1986). After a winning contestant on a popular game show, "The Million Dollar Question," is mysteriously killed, Sledge becomes a contestant on the show to try to track down the killer.
- The Golden Girls: Season 3, episode 16, "Grab That Dough" (1988). The gang competes on a game show called "Grab That Dough."
- Night Court: Season 6, episode 15, "The Game Show" (1989). Bull appears on a game show called "What Am I?" in an attempt to win enough money to build a gymnasium for the boys' club where he volunteers.
- Cheers: Season 8, episode 14, "What is... Cliff Clavin?" (1990). Cliff is a contestant on Jeopardy, and he starts out with a big lead, but he blows all his money with an incorrect answer to the Double Jeopardy question.
- Murphy Brown: Season 3, episode 25, "Q & A on FYI" (1991). The gang competes against a group of college students on a quiz show called "Q & A."
- Herman's Head: Season 2, episode 9, "Friends and Lovers" (1992). Jay is going undercover on a dating gameshow for an article, and he convinces Herman to go with him.
- The IT Crowd: Season 4, episode 2, "The Final Countdown" (2010). Moss gets accepted to be on Countdown and becomes inducted into a secret society of Countdown champions.
