Barenakedlady
Someone publicly displays a nude painting or photo of a female character without her consent or permission. Usually the character never posed nude, but the artist/photographer took some creative liberties.
The Dick Van Dyke Show
Appearances
- The Dick Van Dyke Show: Season 3, episode 28, "October Eve" (1964). A nude painting of Laura is on display at a gallery, and she reveals to Rob that an artist she hired to paint her fully clothed created it from his imagination.
- Barney Miller: Season 4, episode 19, "Quo Vadis?" (1978). A woman demands that an art gallery take a nude painting out of their window. When they refuse, she vandalizes the painting by throwing paint on it and is subsequently arrested. When Barney sees the painting, he realizes that she wants to get rid of it because it's a portrait of her.
- WKRP in Cincinnati: Season 2, episodes 21-22, "Filthy Pictures" (1980). When Jennifer and Andy are photographed for an ad for the station, the sleazy photographer snaps some shots of Jennifer while she's changing without her knowledge, and he plans to sell them to an equally sleazy magazine.
- Too Close for Comfort: Season 3, episode 16, "Girls of the Media" (1983). Sara poses in a bikini for a magazine called "Flesh Pot," but when Monroe gets an advanced copy of the magazine, everyone's shocked to find a photo of Sara's head on someone else's nude body.
- Night Court: Season 8, episode 11, "Jail Bait" (1990). A young artist arrested for defacing public property becomes infatuated with Christine and paints a giant mural of her naked (using his imagination).
