My Fair Lady
The gang tries to change the way an oddball character behaves to help them be more accepted in polite society a la My Fair Lady. It always ends up backfiring.

Appearances
- The Addams Family: Season 2, episode 1, "My Fair Cousin Itt" (1965). Gomez wants Cousin Itt to star in his play, but the director refuses because he can't understand anything Itt says. So Morticia helps Itt learn how to speak properly.
- Gilligan's Island: Season 1, episode 35, "My Fair Gilligan" (1965). The Howells realize they have no heir for their millions, so they decide to adopt Gilligan and teach him to act rich so he'll fit in with the rest of the family.
- My Mother the Car: Episode 24, "An Unreasonable Facsimile" (1966). Captain Manzini trains a beatnik who resembles Dave to act and sound like him. He starts by teaching him a rhyme, "The sleet in Crete falls mainly on the street."
- The Odd Couple: Season 5, episode 1, "The Rain in Spain" (1974). Felix coaches Myrna to act more ladylike in a misguided attempt to help her win back the man she loves, but he really loves her the way she is.
- Newhart: Season 3, episode 17, "My Fair Larry" (1985). Larry, Darryl, and Darryl ask Dick and Joanna for help attracting more customers to the Minuteman Café, so Joanna tries to teach them how to behave appropriately in polite society.
- Parker Lewis Can't Lose: Season 1, episode 2, "Operation Kubiac" (1990). The gang gives Larry a makeover and coaches him on how to be less threatening so he can appear before college recruiters. Parker tells him what to say through a headset, but his connection gets lost when Frank challenges him to solve a math problem, leading to disaster.
- Parker Lewis Can't Lose: Season 1, episode 25, "My Fair Shelly" (1991). Shelly gets invited to the most popular girl in school's party, but she can't get a date, so she threatens Parker into finding her one. He and the other buds teach Shelly how to act like a normal human being and tell what to say to a guy she likes named Brad, and he asks her out right away.
- The Powers That Be: Season 2, episode 6, "Sophie's Big Choice" (1992). Bill talks Margaret into giving Sophie lessons in how to dress and behave at society events with other politicians.
- The Nanny: Season 1, episode 3, "My Fair Nanny" (1993). Fran wants to fit in at Maggie's debutante party, so Mr. Sheffield and Niles teach her how to act like a rich snob.
- The Simpsons: Season 16, episode 12, "My Fair Laddy" (2006). After Bart accidentally destroys his shack (again), Groundskeeper Willie moves in with the Simpsons, which kicks off a blatant ripoff of My Fair Lady where Lisa best Bart that she can turn Willie into a dapper gentleman.
