Here's Johnny!

A character imitates Jack Nicholson in The Shining by hacking through a door with an axe, poking their head through the hole, and shouting, "Heeeere's Johnny (or their own name)!"

• The Young Ones: Season 1, episode 6, "Flood" (1982). Jerzei accidentally drinks Vyvyan's experimental potion from the fridge, and it transforms him into an axe-wielding homicidal maniac. He chases after the gang, hacks through a door, pokes his head in, and shouts, "Heeeeere's Jerzei!"
• Buffalo Bill: Season 2, episode 2, "Jerry Lewis Week" (1984). Karl is fed up with Bill not listening to him, so he steals a promotional stuffed bear that Bill has been using to get free car service and hides it in his office. When Karl refuses to return the bear, Bill grabs an emergency fire axe, chops a hole in the door to Karl's office, pokes his head in and says, "Heeeeere's Billy!"
• The Simpsons: Season 6, episode 6, "Treehouse of Horror V" (1994). In a parody of The Shining, Homer takes an axe to a door and shouts, "Heeeeere's Johnny!" only to find the room empty, so he tries again with another door, and this time he says,"Daaaaavid Letterman!"
• Spin City: Season 4, episode 9 "The Thanksgiving Show" (1999). While looking for the the live turkey he brought to kill for Thanksgiving dinner, James carries around and axe, hacks through a door, looks through the crack and says, "Heeeeere's Jamesy!"
