Appearances
- Beavis and Butt-Head: Season 1, episode 2, "Give Blood" (1993). The guys participate in a blood drive, thinking they'll earn some cash, but after a distracted nurse draws way too much of their blood, they each only receive one cookie.
- Just Shoot Me!: Season 2, episode 23, "Rescue Me" (1998). Maya organizes a blood drive at the office, and while each staff member gives blood, they tell the nurse the story of how Jack came to hire them.
- Sports Night: Season 1, episode 22, "Napoleon's Battle Plan" (1999). Jeremy hears that the show is participating in a blood drive and spends the entire episode loudly telling anyone within earshot that he can't participate, even though no one seems to care.
- King of the Hill: Season 1, episode 2, "Give Blood" (2000). Peggy and Minh engage in an ill-advised competition to see who can donate the most blood during the community blood drive.
- The Office (US): Season 5, episode 18, "Blood Drive" (2009). Michael falls for an unknown woman he meets while giving blood at the office blood drive, but he passes out, and when he wakes up, she's gone. In an attempt to find her, he throws a Valentine's Day singles party, hoping she'll show up.
