Eulogize This
Someone who has passed away requested that an unlikely character give their eulogy, and they don't know what to say. Usually the deceased was a total asshole; sometimes it's just that nobody knew them.
Frasier

- Frasier: Season 3, episode 3, "Martin Does It His Way" (1995). An aunt nobody liked passed away, and she requested that Frasier give her eulogy, but he's totally at a loss for what to say. When Frank Sinatra turns down the song Martin wrote for him, Frasier seizes the opportunity and conducts an elaborate performance of the song in lieu of a eulogy.
- 3rd Rock from the Sun: Season 1, episode 8, "Body & Soul & Dick" (1996). Dr. Hanlin, old professor whom nobody likes, drops dead at a party, and he left a note asking Dick to give his eulogy. Dick grasps at straws trying to find something nice to say about Hanlin. When he can't find anything, he takes the scientific approach and talks about how his matter has been converted into energy.
- NewsRadio: Season 4, episode 18, "Copy Machine" (1998). A WNYX employee named Ted killed himself by getting his tie caught in the copy machine, and through a series of whacky circumstances, Dave ends up having to give Ted's eulogy. Unfortunately, he never knew Ted, and neither did anyone else at the office. When Dave shows up at Ted's funeral, he's shocked to learn that Ted was a devoted member of the KKK, and he has to give the eulogy in front of a bunch of Klan members in full Klan attire.
