Follows a fictionalized version of comedian Jerry Seinfeld and his group of friends as they get into wacky hijinks and screw up their various careers and relationships.
We Were Robbed: Episode 3, "The Robbery" (1990). While Jerry is away, Elaine stays in his apartment, and Kramer leaves the door open, allowing thieves to go in and rob him.
Playing the Market: Episode 5, "The Stock Tip" (1990). George gets a hot stock tip, and he and Jerry both invest. When the stock plummets, Jerry sells, but George decides to "go down with the ship." Unfortunately for Jerry, the stock climbs, and George cleans up.
Season 2
Tonsillectomy: Episode 8, "The Heart Attack" (1991). George watches a news special about heart disease and thinks he's having a heart attack; he's not, but while he's at the hospital, the doctor tells him his tonsils grew back, and he recommends removing them. George is reluctant at first and goes to Kramer's "holistic healer" instead, but the healer's treatment turns him purple, and he ends up back in the hospital with no tonsils.
Season 3
Tax Audit: Episode 2, "The Truth" (1991). Jerry is getting audited, but he's not worried because George is dating an accountant who used to work for the IRS, and she has promised to help him through it. Unfortunately, George breaks up with her and tells her the truth about why, which sends her reeling until she ends up in a mental health facility.
Waldorf Hysteria: Episode 2, "The Truth" (1991). George breaks up with his girlfriend, and she demands he tell her the truth about why. At first, he makes up excuses, but after further prodding, he tells her she's pretentious, and she gets so upset that she ends up in a mental institution.
Dog from Hell: Episode 4, "The Dog" (1991). When the man sitting next to Jerry on a plane becomes ill, Jerry has to take care of his dog, and it terrorizes him and destroys his apartment.
IQ Controversy: Episode 7, "The Café" (1991). George's girlfriend wants to give him an IQ test for a class she's taking, and he's convinced his IQ is low, so he gets Elaine, who boasts an IQ of 145, to take the test for him.
Plastic Fantastic: Episode 8, "The Nose Job" (1991). George is dating a friend of Elaine's named Audrey, and he can't stop fixating on her larger-than-average nose. After Kramer blurts out that she "needs a nose job," George encourages her to do it, but the surgery is a disaster, and George breaks up with her anyway.
False Arrest: Episode 10, "The Stranded" (1991). A guy Jerry met at a party shows up at Jerry's apartment while he's on his way out the door, so Jerry lets him hang out while he's gone. When he comes back, he finds an angry prostitute demanding to be paid. As Jerry is handing her $50 in cash, two police officers come in and arrest him for patronizing a prostitute.
Season 4
The Hollywood Story: Episodes 1-2, "The Trip" (1992). After Jerry takes his spare key away, Kramer runs away to LA and tries to make it in show business, but his plans are derailed when he gets arrested under suspicion of being the infamous "Smog Strangler," and Jerry and George head south to try to clear his name.
See You in Court: Episode 4, "The Ticket" (1992). Newman goes to court to contest a speeding ticket, and his defense is that he was rushing to stop Kramer from committing suicide. Kramer agrees to be Newman's witness, but he was recently kicked in the head by Crazy Joe Davola, and he gets confused on the stand.
The Shrine: Episode 9, "The Opera" (1992). Elaine starts dating a guy named "Joey," who turns out to be "Crazy" Joe Davola, and he instantly becomes of obsessed with her. When Elaine visits his apartment, she finds a wall of candid photos of her that he took with a telephoto lens, including one of her in the shower.
Ticket Scalping: Episode 9, "The Opera" (1992). When Susan backs out of going to the opera, and Elaine uninvites Crazy joe Davola, the gang finds themselves with two extra tickets, so Kramer and George decide to scalp them. George manages to sell his just as Susan shows up.
You Screwed Over My Friend and That's Not Cool with Me: Episode 16, "The Shoes" (1993). Kramer runs into Gail Cunningham, a woman Jerry dated once who wouldn't give him so much as a handshake. At first, he ignores her, which enrages her. Then, he kisses her. He tells Jerry his plan is to pretend he likes her, then break her heart, but he ends up just dating her for real.
Not That There's Anything Wrong with That: Episode 17, "The Outing" (1993). Elaine thinks some women at another table at the diner are eavesdropping on them, so she plays a joke on them by saying Jerry and George are a gay couple, and George plays along. One of the eavesdropping women turns out to be an NYU reporter, who interviews Jerry while George is over and writes an article about their being gay. It's not long before bigger newspapers pick up the story, and the whole city thinks Jerry and George are gay (not that there's anything wrong with that).
Dying Artist: Episode 20, "The Junior Mint" (1993). Elaine's artist ex-boyfriend, Roy, is in critical condition after a surgery gone wrong, and George recently came into some money, so he decides to buy some of Roy's art, thinking that if dies, it'll be worth more. Unfortunately, Roy pulls through, and he says that George buying his art helped him through his recovery.
Obsession: Episode 23, "The Pilot" (1993). Elaine goes on one date with NBC executive Russell Dalrymple, and he becomes obsessed with her and continues calling her for two months, then quits his job and joins Greenpeace to impress her.
Season 5
Limp Willy: Episode 1, "The Mango" (1993). After Elaine confesses at the coffee shop that she faked all her orgasms with Jerry, George gets so psyched out that he can't perform with his girlfriend, Karen. It's not until he tastes a really good mango that he's able to get back in action.
Rabid Dog: Episode 3, "The Glasses" (1993). While helping George pick out a new pair of glasses, Elaine is bitten by a strange dog. Later, she reads about the symptoms or rabies and begins to manifest all of them at once, so she rushes to the doctor to get a shot.
Bad Hair Day: Episode 8, "The Barber" (1993). Jerry doesn't want to break up with is longtime barber, Enzo, so he tries to sneak around behind his back and get a haircut from his nephew, but Enzo comes in on his day off and insists on giving Jerry a haircut. The result is so bad that Jerry's too embarrassed to participate in Elaine's charity bachelor auction.
Bachelor Auction: Episode 8, "The Barber" (1993). Elaine hosts a bachelor auction and convinces Jerry to participate, but he gets a bad haircut and backs out because he's too embarrassed, and he recommends Kramer to take his place.
Going Your Way: Episode 11, "The Conversion" (1993). A Latvian Orthodox woman named Sister Roberta, who is about to become a nun, becomes smitten with Kramer and announces that she's leaving the church for him, but Kramer feels guilty for causing her to lose her religion, so consults the church elders, and they advise him on how rid himself of the "Kavorka."
Pretend We're a Couple: Episode 17 "The Wife" (1994). Jerry finds a locket in his jacket pocket and returns it to his dry cleaner, Marty, who's so happy that he says he'll give Jerry and his family a 25% discount, so Jerry's current girlfriend, Meryl, Tells Marty she's Jerry's wife so she can get the discount too. Jerry plays along, and soon they start acting like a real married couple.
Big Brothers Big Sisters: Episode 18, "The Raincoats" (1994). A friend named Alec convinces George to become a big brother to a little boy named Joey, but George doesn't want to do it, so he tells Alec he's going to Paris and asks Jerry's parents to send Alec a postcard while they're in Paris, but it backfires when Alec tells George that Joey's father lives in Paris, so he can take Joey with him.
Season 6
My Boys Can't Swim: Episode 4, "The Chinese Woman" (1994). When Elaine tells Kramer he should switch from jockeys to boxers if he ever wants to have children, he goes to the doctor and is shocked to discover that he has a low sperm count.
Jumper: Episode 4, "The Chinese Woman" (1994). Elaine's friend, Noreen, is despondent after Elaine broke up another of her relationships, so she stands on the Brooklyn Bridge, contemplating jumping, when Frank Costanza's lawyer appears and helps her down.
Not Since the Incident: Episode 10, "The Race" (1994). Jerry discovers that his new girlfriend's boss is Duncan Meyer, who once lost to Jerry in a big race in high school where Jerry accidentally got a head start. Duncan goads Jerry into a rematch, and once again he gets a head start when a car backfires, and he thinks it's the starter pistol.
Toupée or Not Toupée: Episode 13, "The Scofflaw" (1995). Inspired by a friend who started wearing a toupee, George buys one, and it boosts his confidence, but Elaine isn't happy about the new George, and she throws it out the window in the following episode.
Clip Show: Episode 14, "The Highlights of a Hundred" (1995). The 100th episode of the series looks back on clips from the last 99.
Lie Detector: Episode 15, "The Beard" (1995). When Jerry tells his new cop girlfriend that he's never seen Melrose Place, she doesn't believe him and gives him a lie detector test, which he fails.
Art Class: Episode 19, "The Doodle" (1995). Elaine takes an art class with her friend, Paula, who has a talent for doodling.
Plastic Fantastic: Episode 20, "The Fusilli Jerry" (1995). George's mom is getting an "eye job," and she asks George to drive her to and from the procedure, but since he'll be busy with work, he asks Kramer to do it, not knowing that Kramer was about to pick up his new license plate, which reads, "ASSMAN."
Monkeying Around: Episode 22, "The Face Painter" (1995). Kramer gets in a banana peel fight with a chimpanzee at the zoo, and the zookeeper demands that he apologize to the chimp.
Play Ball: Episode 23, "The Understudy" (1995). Jerry and George's softball team plays against "Rochelle, Rochelle: The Musical," which stars Bette Midler in the title role, and George's slide into home plate injures Bette so she can't perform.
Season 7
I'm My Own Grandpa: Episode 16, "The Doll" (1996). Jerry Stiller plays Frank Costanza and his Italian cousin from Tuscany, Giuseppe.
False Arrest: Episode 18, "The Wig Master" (1996). Kramer borrows "The Amazing Technicolor Dream Coat," and Elaine gives him a "Squire's Walking Stick" from the J. Peterman catalog, then he finds a furry hat on the street and struts to the parking lot to pick up his loaner car, a pink Mary Kay Cadillac, where he finds a prostitute and a John in flagrante delicto. As he's fighting with the prostitute, the cops arrive and arrest him for being a pimp.
Auction Mishap: Episode 20, "The Bottle Deposit" (1996). Mr. Peterman asks Elaine to bid on John F. Kennedy's golf clubs for him while he's on vacation, and he authorizes her to spend up to $10,000, but when Sue Ellen Mischke shows up and starts bidding on the clubs, Elaine bids up to $20,000 just to spite her.
When I'm 64: Episode 22, "The Invitations" (1996). With George getting married, Elaine tells Jerry she's planning to get married soon too, so Jerry and Kramer will be the only two single friends left. Jerry is uncomfortable with this possibility and has a daydream about him and Kramer as old men still having the same silly conversations.
Pre-nup: Episode 22, "The Invitations" (1996). George is trying to find a way out of marrying Susan, so Kramer suggests he ask her to sign a pre-nup. Unfortunately, it just makes Susan laugh.
Season 8
Cyrano de Bergerac: Episode 2, "The Soul Mate" (1996). Kramer is "gaga" for Jerry's new girlfriend, Pam, so much so that he can't even speak when he's around her, so Newman goes with him to the bookstore where Pam works and whispers romantic things for him to sat from behind a bookshelf.
Snip Snip: Episode 2, "The Soul Mate" (1996). When Elaine tells her new boyfriend, Kevin, that she never wants to have children, he runs out and gets a vasectomy. Later, she tells him she's not 100% sure she'll never want children, so he gets the vasectomy reversed.
Boudoir Photo Shoot: Episode 5, "The Package" (1996). George has a crush on a woman who works at a photo store named Sheila, and when he finds a sexy picture mixed up with his photos, he assumes it's Sheila, so Kramer offers to take some boudoir photos of George so he can reciprocate, but it backfires when a male photo store employee sees the photos and thinks they're for him.
Worthless Worker: Episode 6, "The Fatigues" (1996). Elaine is fed up with the shoddy work by Eddie Sherman, the guy who runs the mail room at J. Peterman, so she calls him up to her office to fire him, but he's such an intimidating figure that she's afraid to do it, so she promotes him instead.
False Arrest: Episode 11, "The Little Jerry" (1997). Elaine's new boyfriend, Kurt, is miserable because he just discovered he's going bald, so George gives him a pep talk. When Kurt goes to George's apartment to than
Not Since the Incident: Episode 16, "The Fatigues" (1996). Kramer volunteered to cook for a Jewish singles mixer, but he's struggling, so Jerry suggests he ask Frank Costanza for help because he was cook in the army, but Frank refuses to cook because of an incident during the war when he cooked expired meet and sent his whole platoon "to the latrines."
Adopt-me-not: Episode 19, "Yada Yada" (1997). Beth Lookner and her new husband, Arnie, want to adopt a child, and they ask Elaine to be a reference for them, but she accidentally lets is slip that Arnie has a bad temper, and the agency turns them down.
Season 9
This Blood's for You: Episode 4, "The Blood" (1997). Kramer has been "hoarding" his own blood "just in case," so when Jerry accidentally sends a knife flying through the air to land in his neck, Kramer supplies the blood for his transfusion. Jerry is disgusted, and Kramer uses his "blood brother" status to get Jerry to do things like shave the back of his neck and let Kramer and Newman make sausage in his apartment.
Don't Speak: Episode 13, "The Cartoon" (1998). After his big mouth embarrasses his friends one too many times, Kramer decides to stop talking permanently.
Condo Board Coup: Episode 15, "The Wizard" (1998). Kramer decides to retire and live at Del Boca Vista Phase 3 with Jerry's parents, and he instantly becomes Mr. Popularity. Meanwhile, Morty wants to run for condo board president, but he doesn't think he can get enough votes, so he convinces Kramer to run so he can establish a puppet regime. They attempt to win over the board with some counterfeit Wizard organizers, but they can't calculate tips correctly, so the board votes against Kramer.
What's My Name?: Episode 19, "The Maid" (1998). George wants a nickname, so he decides he wants people to call him "T-bone." At work, he orders a T-bone steak for lunch, hoping it will lead to his co-workers calling him "T-bone," but another guy orders a T-bone too, and everyone starts calling him "T-bone" instead.
Maid to Order: Episode 19, "The Maid" (1998). Jerry hires a maid and ends up dating her. Eventually, she starts coming over just to sleep with him and doesn't do any cleaning, but she still expects to be paid. When Jerry confronts her about it, she gets offended and dumps him/quits.
